There are two ways you can get more Render Hours:
Using the Render Client
The Client renders projects uploaded by other users, and credits your account for every frame it renders on your computer. There is also no limit to the number of computers you can run the Client on.
Purchasing more Render Hours
Head to the Balance page in your dashboard and select a top-up option.
